Well I wasn't sure when I was going to find the time to do my fitness test as its usually dark by the time I get home from work and in the mornings I wanted to either run with the dog or do a DVD.
So I came home and did it - just as I ran out of daylight :)
My results:
1km time trial: 5:41
Pushups (toes/knees): 6/25
Abs: level 3 (meaning I can do them with hands behind head elbows out but not arms crossed behind head)
Wall sit: 1:30 (umm ow!!!)
Reach: 0 (was surprised I made it to my toes!!)
Benchmark set - will redo in 4 weeks I think!

Thanks Kathryn :) - was funny how I tried going up to the next level and barely made it off the floor hehe. Look forward to hearing how you go on Saturday! I'll be doing the intermediate program - happy as I only started exercising when preseason started.
